About Me

I'm Nic Gray, owner of Nic Gray & Associates and Director of Hailsham & East Sussex ADHD Support CIC.
I spent most of my life feeling like I didn't quite fit, whether at school, in friendships, or in the workplace. I started my own business in August 2021, but even then, things felt harder than what I saw others doing around me.
It wasn't until April 2024 that I began to realise I might have ADHD, after working closely with someone who had recently been diagnosed. In January of that year, I retrained as an ADHD coach to support others like me, people who had spent years telling themselves stories that held them back.
I received my own diagnosis in October 2025. During that time I completed a year's worth of training, advocated for the neurodivergent community, and became an Ambassador for ADHD UK.
Today, Hailsham & East Sussex ADHD Support offers affordable 1-to-1 coaching for anyone diagnosed, on a waiting list, self-identifying, or just starting to wonder, alongside free twice-monthly peer support groups in Hailsham and Eastbourne. It's a safe, welcoming space for ADHD and neurodivergent adults who don't want to do this alone.
Peer Support Events

Free, twice-monthly drop-in sessions for ADHD and neurodivergent adults. No booking, no set structure. Just a relaxed space to be around others who get it. While booking isn't required, letting us know you would like to attend using the below form helps us and the venue plan events.
First Tuesday of every month at The Sheldon B&B, Eastbourne, 11am to 1pm.
Second Wednesday of every month at Diplocks Café & Restaurant, Hailsham, 7pm to 8:30pm.
Fidget toys provided. Name badges available if you'd like one. You can always just turn up, though letting the venue know helps them plan numbers.
